A man named Vikas Chandra aka, Guddu Baba from Patna has taken an initiative all alone to clean Ganga.

A man’s efforts giving big lessons to all government’s plan which end up only on paper but fail on the ground level to cleanup Ganga and other rivers which are suffering from pollution.
